The Experience
(Water for the Desert)
Phoenix Oasis proudly joined a powerful community outreach event that brought hope and healing to those in need. The day was filled with practical support and compassion—food trucks serving warm meals, free medical screenings, case management and housing assistance, clothing and salon services, and so much more. Our dedicated intake team jumped in wherever they were needed, offering guidance and support with open hearts. Alongside the life-changing services, the community experienced uplifting worship that filled the atmosphere with strength and unity. It was a day of meeting needs, restoring dignity, and reminding everyone that they are deeply valued.
Hiring Event
Phoenix Oasis recently hosted a hiring event designed to open doors and create opportunities for our community. Employers came on-site to conduct interviews, offering job seekers the chance to connect directly with potential careers. The event not only provided pathways to employment but also encouraged confidence, growth, and hope for the future. By bringing resources and opportunities under one roof, Phoenix Oasis continues its mission of empowering individuals to rebuild their lives and thrive.
Food for the Family
At Phoenix Oasis, we know the heart of our mission is carried by our incredible staff. This past Christmas season, our team worked tirelessly to ensure clients experienced safety, joy, and the warmth of the holidays. To honor their dedication, Phoenix Oasis provided food and comfort, creating space for staff to pause, recharge, and feel appreciated. It was our way of saying thank you to those who give so much—reminding them that while they care for others, they are deeply cared for too

Our partnership with St. Mary’s is built around a shared mission: empowering our clients with practical skills that open doors to independence and meaningful employment. Through this collaboration, St. Mary’s provides certification opportunities in valuable trades such as cooking, forklift driving, and other vocational skills.
These certifications not only strengthen our clients’ résumés but also boost their confidence, giving them the tools they need to thrive in the workforce. By combining our behavioral health support with St. Mary’s hands-on training, we’re creating a pathway where personal growth meets professional opportunity.
