Psych IOP Program
Phoenix Oasis is an outpatient behavioral health program that provides comprehensive services to adults (18+) with psychiatric and co-occurring substance use disorders. We support clients stepping down from acute care or those in need of structured outpatient treatment.

Core Programs Offered
1. Psychiatric Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
• For individuals requiring structured psychiatric care
• Includes individual and group therapy, psychiatric care, and medication management
• Focus on symptom stabilization, life skills, and peer support
2. Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
• Designed for clients with substance use disorders
• Includes relapse prevention therapy, emotional regulation, and vocational rehab
• Weekly groups and individual counseling sessions
3. Outpatient Program (OP)
• For individuals needing lower-intensity support or transitioning from higher levels of care
• Weekly individual or group sessions
• Medication monitoring and vocational/life skill coaching

• Facility Amenities: 4.3-acre campus with basketball court, pool, fitness area, infrared sauna

• Clients needing step-down from inpatient or crisis units
• Adults requiring structured IOP or OP care
• Individuals with co-occurring psychiatric and substance use needs
• AHCCCS or privately insured clients who need continued support

• Attach any recent discharge paperwork or assessments if available
Option 3: Phone Referral

• Provide client details, availability, and point of contact for follow-up
Admission Availability: Daily openings for IOP and OP with supportive housing options
Phone referral hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
